In order to educate the industry about the importance of Technology & Customer Behavior in Marketing, Haier Pakistan has recently organized a Seminar on Technology in Customer Services in coordination with Marketing Association of Pakistan (MAP).
This seminar was attended by almost 100 representatives from different walks of life. A detailed presentation with the help of video footages and illustrations was given; focusing on miscellaneous concepts of Technology in Customer Services.
In the closing remarks of the seminar, the role of Haier Pakistan was highly appreciated in supporting MAP for the organization in order to raise the bar of field related knowledge and inspired Customer Services. The presentation session was followed by the detailed Q/A session and refreshments.
